Veritas Classical Schools of North Georgia

About

Dan is Chairman and CEO of Veritas Educational Ministries, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization overseeing Veritas Classical Schools of North Georgia.

Dan brings years of rigorous training, faithful service, and real-world experience to Veritas. After graduating from Marietta High School in 1996, Dan married Kathy and enlisted in the Air Force. There, he served with honor until his retirement in 2014. Shortly afterward, he surrendered to God's call to Gospel ministry and was ordained in 2018.

Dan and Kathy have homeschooled their five children since 2009, emphasizing classical Christian doctrines and methods. As a father, he has witnessed firsthand the blessings of classical education in the Christian home. Two of the Ippolito children have graduated from Veritas and continue to live faithful Christian lives. His oldest daughter and her husband have recently welcomed their first child into the family.

With decades of leadership, teaching, and ministry experience behind him, Dan is a passionate and articulate advocate for classical Christian education. He is eager to see students grounded in God's Word, armed with Truth and Virtue, and ready to impact the world for Christ. It is Dan's great privilege to serve at Veritas, working alongside Christian families and teachers to train up the next generation. His desire is that students graduate with wisdom, character, and an unshakable Christian worldview. He and all the teachers at Veritas pursue this desire for academic excellence and spiritual vitality with grace, wisdom, and love.
